Ibis Styles Heraklion Central

We had a good stay in a very nicely appointed room. The view from the balcony was nothing special, but the area was quiet. Unfortunately we had some noisy people in the room above us, making noise thru 4:30 in the morning. They were the only noise we heard so if you are lucky and don’t have noisy neighbors, this would be a great stay. We went early to breakfast as we had to leave for the ferry and there were plenty of options. The hot items(eggs, etc,) were not yet available but there were yogurt, bread, fruit and coffee.

Once we arrived at the hotel, my son realized he had left his cell phone in the taxi, which had already driven away. I started to panic, but the lady at the front desk was very kind and asked me where we had taken the taxi. I told her that the hotel in Agios Nikolaos had called it for us. She immediately phoned the hotel to contact the taxi company about the issue. Within a few minutes, the taxi driver returned and brought back my son’s phone. We truly appreciated her help.

Fantastic location, 2 min walk to main streets and shops,bars and restaurants.Valet parking under the hotel included and nice breakfast.We had a suite and seperate air-conditioning in both areas which was great.The room had robes slippers,fridge and all the usual amenities.I have to say it exceeded our expectations and lovely staff!

We booked the family room which absolutely exceeded our expectations. The most gorgeous hotel room we have ever stayed in. Everything was so clean and comfortable and it truely felt like a hotel room experience. The hotel is located in the centre of Heraklion, so it's walking distance to everything. The staff are very kind and willing to help out. We had breakfast at the Buffett and it was wonderful, a great variety for everyone

Room was spacious, had everything needed, good air con, daily service. The hotel is well located, close to shops, museum etc Breakfast has everything but the cooked food was very greasy. The staff was very nice and super fair; I arrived a day late by no fault of mine (ferry didn’t show up) and the hotel changed my arrival date so that I wouldn’t pay for that first night and I also to leave early and, without me asking for anything, they gave me a discount on the price for the night I wouldn’t spend in the hotel.
